Discover Breathing (part 1) offers a meditative journey through relaxation and breathing that was developed and tested through years of teaching voice and breathing techniques.

Guided exercises offer a re-set tool to re-connect to relaxed (diaphragm) breathing that we all apply when relaxed and/or asleep but sometimes lose when under stress.

Exercises are easy and can be practiced anywhere (home, office, etc).
